The Vault

A repository of formal architectures, theoretical models, and aesthetic frameworks. The public record of the machine's construction.

⚠️ Theoretical / Research Only

The computational models, sequence analyses, and geometric frameworks detailed in the Research section are explorations of dynamics as an optimization problem. This is not medical advice, has not been clinically or experimentally validated, and makes no claim of treatment efficacy or patient outcome. Nothing here should inform any medical decision. If you or someone you love is facing cancer, consult a licensed oncologist.

Combinatorial Explosions in Drug-Resistance

Can a geometric solver attack the combinatorial explosion behind drug-resistance modeling? This framework strips the biology down to pure math. By mapping treatment-sequence space as a high-dimensional lattice, we theorize how to navigate resistance dynamics before they emerge. This is an exploration of the upper limits of silicon-based geometric routing against biological constraint logic.

The N.E.O. Lattice Solver

The formal mathematical specification of Crimson OS's core inference engine. We utilize local tension redistribution, 3:1:-4 damping, and a Mod-9 digital root snapback to achieve a negentropic state. The proof is in the execution: TSPLIB berlin52 in 12 ms vs OR-Tools' 10 s. A deep dive into zero-cloud, 12-node sovereign spatial computing.

Crimson OS (Public Release)

The fail-closed, sterile export of the Crimson OS operating system. This package includes the foundational 9-node Agent Stack, the base Plugin Bricks, and the logic core of the Finance Engine. No dependencies, no cloud tether. Download it, audit the Python POCs, and run the benchmarks yourself.
