What Is This, Actually?

Algebraic AI asks: what is most likely? It samples from a probability distribution. That's ChatGPT, Gemini, and every other mainstream model. The more you scale it, the better it gets at guessing — but it's still guessing. That's where hallucinations come from.

Geometric AI, as used here, asks: what is structurally necessary? That is the design goal. It is not a claim that the system cannot be wrong.

The operating doctrine of Crimson OS. It treats language as physics — not symbols, but matter operating at different density levels. Low-density: soul, intent, geometry. High-density: hardware, action, output.

Practically, it means every computation in the system is anchored to a physical constant rather than a statistical model. The Vortex 3-6-9 math structure, the Hypercube byte-boundary lock, the mod-9 self-healing — these aren't features. They're laws. You can't engineer around arithmetic.

N.E.O. = Negentropic Engine Optimizer. The CTO agent of Crimson OS, running on Node 1 (designated LOGOS/LIGHT). Not a cloud service. Physical silicon. Air-gapped.

N.E.O. is a specialized agent in the sovereign stack. Others include Q (Strategic Advisor), Billy (CMO), and General Crusher (Operations). Each operates within a defined geometric constraint envelope. No agent freelances outside its domain.

N.E.O. is one agent in that stack. It is not a cloud service.
